Its difficult to advance as a DPS now because the queue times are "unbearable" ppl have to shout for parties or -gasp- make friends with a tank or healer... i must say i actually like teh sound of that (if its true)

Yea, because having usable functions which makes the game more player-friendly is a bad thing.

You know what... since I believe in equal opportunity...

What should the admins do with DuoMaxwellxx
1 week mute :3 (17.6%)
1 month mute:1 (5.9%)
1 month ban:2 (11.8%)
PERMABAN:11 (64.7%)
Total:17

Basically same options as this poll, just for another troll:

"equal opportunity" but all the choices are bad/negative? thats like having people vote if someone should get life imprisonment, 10 years, or death.. no matter the outcome theres nothing in it for the person being voted on.

Also how did ANYTHING i said in this thread suggest that having usable functions that make the game more player friendly was a bad thing? I simply stated the DPSs basically complain that they cant advance because the queue in duty finder is extremely long (im guessing its because a million other DPSs are looking too). At what point did i imply Duty Finder was useless and shouldnt exist.. which is basically how youre insinuating that Im acting

Let me see...

Well it is equal opportunity because instead of just pinning the title of troll on Killua, I am pinning it on you, too.

As for what you did...

Aaaaaand this thread. Like Killua before, I will tell you this: You don't like this game. We get it. Don't propose you do. If you did, there would be at least one positive here somewhere. There isn't. So don't play it. Find something else to occupy your time.

Killua is a special kind of troll called a "concern troll." They post bad/negative things for attention, but under the frame that they're asking the "tough questions" out of the concern and love for the thing they are posting negative things about.

Duo doesn't quite fall under that definition all the time. Just... a lot of the time.

(Filthy McNasty also doesn't fit under the category, since he is actually asking genuinely good questions out of love for the game and not just doing it for attention.)

Yea, I had a love/hate with Filthy, but I have to respect him, it took me some time to see that his heart is in the right place. He really does want to see the game go well, and really wants it to succeed.

And to be fair, I see the Killua/Duo difference, hence why my vote on Killua was PERMABAN and Duo was 1 month mute. Or 1 month ban, not sure, but not PERMABAN.

I think we should all drink our asses off at lunch and then re-assess everything.

I've still got most of a case of Highland brews in the fridge.

You can have my Gaelic Ales, but I'm keeping all the oatmeal stouts.

i do like teh game i just dont like it as much as i COULD/would like too/there are other games i think are better (FFXI) but that doesnt mean i disregard this game and think its a steaming pile of crap.... that title would go to DCUO and EVERY f2P korean MMORPG Ive played.

As for one positive thing.. simple.. teh story is wonderful.. which is one thing SE does right with their mmos... MMOs arent usually known for their narrative but FFXI and now 14 shows that an mmo can not only have one but have a great one on par with most single player JRPGs (just look at the chains of promathia storyline). and teh story is what sets FFXI and XIV apart from all the other MMOs... take that aspect out and then i WOULD choose WoW, EQ2, or even Rift over Xi ANd XIV, but as long as SE keeps doing the story part right theyll always be number one in my book.

As for teh links you posted how are ANY of those trolling? teh first was me asking if lvling is really That fast./easy? I mean i knew it wouldnt take a year like FFXI but i didt think it could be done in a day or 8 hours like DCUO either. and teh sceond link? That was me DEFENDING the game on PS3 and failing to understand what the PS3 trolls see thats so horrible about the game on PS3. Sooo wanna try that again?

Oh sure, it's possible. You do get exp for killing normal mobs, after all. It'll just be considerably slower.

hows this sub def post? it is VERY rare in an mmo that there are just as many tank and healers (or more tanks and healers) than DPS

remember kids, the moral of the story is: if you don't want to make friends you should play white mage.
