- so the P4 client is basically the launch client, so do I still need to pay the 39.99$ or do I just pay my 15$ subscription come the day off launch and continue with my char from P4?

- in the end just wanna know do I really need to pay the 39$

P4 was an "open" beta for anyone and everyone that wanted to play, free of charge. To play from Early Access and onward you will need to buy the game.

Understand, I think am just really baffled on the fact if I buy it am just downloading the same client I already have, only difference comes in with the monthly subscription. Cause I do remember ppl saying you don't need to delete P4 client.

But seriously am a just wait one more day and I will have my answer for sure.

You're not buying some bits, you're buying the right to use those bits. It's called licence.
