Qs Regarding Ceourl MountFollow
How do I activate it? I have used the bell but nothing happened. I have put the Ceourl mount icon on my hotbar but its always greyed out. I am level 20 currently if that helps to investigate :/
We don't get these items until launch as far as I know. Where did you get the icon?
I recieved the items today. It is for version 1.0 collectors edition according to the letter on moogle service. I believe the other pre-order items are all out for delivery via moogle too.

If you someone have your mount already, you can't use it until you join a Grand Company if you are on a new character.
a Grand Company - got it :) I will look to follow the story that gets me to that

You either;
A: haven't used the bell from the inventory prior to attempting to summon mount. (I did this with my chocobo whistle haha)
Or B: haven't joined a grand company yet.
EDIT: too slow XD

So I got my game just a few hours ago and registered my game. But I'm coming to think I need to wait tomorrow to get my stuff? And that the players I see with the CE stuff are Legacy players?

Awesome. That's purple, right? I'm a little color blind, so forgive the question. Is Behemoth the NM purple at all?

Yes its like a purple pig with black fur on it's back/neck :) The animations on it are quite cute.
Wow the game looks different on pc... (obviously)...but damn...
