if servers like Gilgamesh will be lifted tomorrow(up) I got two friends there that wants me to join, but the servers seems to be full. I was hoping it will be available by tomorrow?

No, server restrictions are in place for the forseeable future. Your friend wont get to play on a NA server Im afraid.
