Odd Cut Scene NarrationFollow

I'm sure everybody has noticed that some quest cut scenes are narrated and some aren't. It seems like the more pivotal, central cut scenes that hit the main bulletpoints of the story are the ones that do have narration, but now I'm noticing that it's cutting in and out during the same dialogue.

For example, I just did the main story quest where you run to the three cities and attend the Remembrance Ceremonies to pick a Grand Company, and in spots it seemed like one line would be narrated, then the next line wouldn't, and back and forth.

I'm starting to wonder if it's just glitching out on me for some reason or is this something that others have noticed?

I haven't noticed the cutscenes switching back and forth. The first part of each of the major storyline cutscenes (so far; I actually haven't made it to level 20 for the Grand Company scene) is voiced and then it switches to text only. At that point it stays text only for the rest of the scene. I think a few class quest cutscenes are voiced too. I'll be interested to see if that pattern continues going up in level.
