Do we not get stat points each lvl ? To add to str dex and vit..ect
Because i think i lvld twice without using my stat points and only had 1 stat point available

I've only been getting one per. Haven't really paid attention, but I think it's every odd level or something like that. Since it's only one, I haven't been bothered enough to pay attention. I have an archer. He gets DEX. Stat point spent. Next....
Yup - every even level, with 3 @ level 10 (not sure why 
). There is an item from your GC vendor (for 10k seals) that resets your allocation too.
