Been leveling arcanist and have been running into an odd feature. I can take some leves and quests, even though my level is too low. What I can't do is turn in the completed quest until I have leveled enough. Just seems a little weird that the level restriction is applied after you have completed the quest, not before you have started

I've run into the same problem, might just be a bug since arcanist was developed later?

That is strange, have you levelled past that quest level before on another class? If so it might be a glitch and id report it.

The situation is this: you grab quests at say, level 14 and you run around and complete all the tasks they require. Run back to the NPC and you are unable to turn them in because they are quest lvl 15. I am only guessing at this, but I think this was done because you could technically level while doing the quest requirements, or grinding on your way there, or something so that when you get back to the NPC, you would have dinged 15 along the way. Then when you get back, you have a jump-start on lvl 15 xp. However, it is frustrating to be 3k away from 15 and have no quests left because you have completed them all and can't turn in any for that bump in xp that will give you that 3k. It is a very odd situation.

First time it happened I was a level 12 in Moraby Bay. Was able to accept a level 20 levequest. I actually completed it at 19 but could not turn in. Sure I could have switched to one of my level 50's, especially for story quests, but obviously that isn't going to level arcainist.

I think this mainly happens when you already have another class that's capable of turning in the quest, it's a way to prevent people from leveling low level classes quickly without actually playing the class

Confirmed. Single class characters behaving normally. So basically the game is ignoring level when I take the quest because I have level 50's that can complete it, but when I turn it in, it expects my char to be the proper level. Otherwise I could powerlevel myself.

ok thx
