Hello,

Today I was playing through the dungeon Tam-Tara Deepcroft which I have done quite a few times already and never failed.

We had a Marauder tank, a conjurer and. 2 Arcanist, one of them being myself. The marauder was dying too fast, so after buffing the mobs I continued to help with the healing, but we wiped twice on a normal set of mobs.

The conjurer blamed me for the wipes saying that I shouldn't be healing.

Am I doing something wrong, should I not be helping to heal after setting up buffs?

You meant DoT/debuff on the mobs? Shouldn't have any problem with healing the tank, ACN spells are typically weak in term of damage if not DoT anyway. You could help sometimes with Topaz Carbuncle pulling hate from one other mobs to reduce amount of damage the main tank may take but that's all.

Have the tank been geared properly and not wearing armours from 10 levels ago? I know I'm still wearing lvl 20 Soldier Overcoat set on my lvl 30 ACN mainly because I don't tank anyway, and in a proper party that is enough to survive most dungeons until later. Tank however is a different story.

What I do is have Topaz Carby pull hate on everything and let them all wail on him while I heal just him. He holds hate insanely well, freeing up the tank and allowing you to focus on one target for healing instead of spreading out heals.
