I'm looking for ideas from all you Mauraders out there. Please post the rotations you are using that are effective at keeping hate. I'd like to hear from both low and max level tanks.

At 30 so i've only done the lower level dungeons but I tend to pull with tomahawk, get the mobs in a line and use Overpower followed by heavy swing and skull sunder.

I also have Flash from GLD as an additional skill which I use if the mobs aren't on me so I cant get them in a line for Overpower.

So in order it is:
Tomahawk > Overpower/Flash > Heavy Swing > Skullsunder > Overpower > Heavy Swing > Skullsunder.

With Provoke(GLD 22) and Flash used if mobs move away or someone is fighting one I'm not hitting.

Pull with Tomahawk.
Three overpowers.
Heavy > Skull Sunder > Butcher's Block on the main target.
Fracture.
Repeat Heavy > SS > BB combo
Heavy > Maim
Heavy/SS/BB again
Keep Fracture and Maim up. Use main aggro combo otherwise. Through in Haymaker every 4 or 5 moves. Overpower once more at half life of main mob.

That does it for groups of 2-4 mobs. Anything more than that and I hit Bloodbath amd spam OP until they're dead or I am.

Thats about exactly how i do it. It seems to me that Overpower is.. well.. overpowered. On big groups I will pull with tomahawk, then 1 overpower then heavy and get my str buff on the bloodbath and spam overpower. Seems to hold aggro incredibley well.Plus if you use double damage buffs and bloodbath and spam overpower it will keep you alive and hold all the aggro.

OP is rather OP when it comes to group threat generation yes, but it becomes unsustainable after 40 I've found. Mobs just have too much life to go down before you bottom out on TP.

So at 40+ I've modified it to more or less the same thing, only now every other aggro rotation I throw Sunder and BB on the one or two off targets.

I.e. if I'm tanking two, I'll hit the off-target with SS and the main target with HS and BB. If I'm tanking three, I'll just swap between the three. Tab HS, tab SS, tab BB.

It's best if you can CC of course, and if that's the case I usually go Tomahawk > Flash the mobs > one or two OP's > sleep lands and I begin single or dual target tanking. Once BLM's get aoe sleep it's a cake walk if you do it right. Marking targets helps greatly, as does giving the CC'ers a heads up that you wanna get 1-3 aggro moves off before CC lands.
