I'm having the same problem. The registration format for mog station is different from the one on my card. I was able to register the game through the SE website, but it doesn't show up on my PS3 or PC launcher the same way it did for early access. Seems like something is definitely wrong.

Try PSN.

Yes, I don't use the Mog Station or SE for anything other than the payment process. PSN will give you prompts to register if that is what is required to play.

PSN stands for PlayStation Network. You are on psn whenever you access the PlayStation Store, Home, or Trophy updates. It's the console's pocket of the internet.

To anyone who bought the disc copy. The registration instructions are in the inside booklet.

I've been trying to register, and it's telling me my code is invalid. I've been in since phase 3 and have had no problems so far. I'm entering it under "Redeem Codes." That is correct, isn't it?

That was the problem. Don't use the code on the card, use the one on the booklet.

Also, PSN worked.

And the code to download the client is on the back of that booklet. It is in this format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. The registration code is a different code contained in a leaflet (red and white) within the game case. It is in the format of XXXXXX-0000-XXXXXX-0000.

Unfortunately, it hasn't for me. I've been using the one on the instruction booklet. Twelve-digit code. I navigate to "account management" and "redeem codes" and input the code just like the instructions say. No dice. The only thing I skipped was installing because I was told the client for Phase 4, Early Access, and launch are the same. Should I delete my old client and reinstall from the disc?

You're using the wrong code. See above.

The one in the manual is the activation code to activate the game. This is put in the ps3 under enter codes either in the store or account management.
The red and black flier code is the registration code to register the game. It is put into SE site that is listed on the flier.

It may be different in different countries. In UK, I had no code on booklet, just 2 cards. One was square enix members, the other (darker colour) has registration code, please refer to page 3 of the manual for instructions on how to redeem this code. That's the one I used. Worked first time.

On XMB bar go to playstation network (above the PSN store) account management, redeem code.

Okay, I've done that. I registered it at member.square-enix.com/na. When I try to log into the game it says that there is no valid service account and that I need to input a registration code.
