I want to buy the game from PSN but when i got to the game page it has no price.
Also it will not display the page for the CE. I thought maybe because i was on a old fat system that might be the
problem but after buying a slim it still will not display a price.

Digital sales have been suspended
The have suspended digital purchases until data centres have been expanded (more servers). You should be able to purchase via PSN early next week. (potentially)
SE stopped selling the digital download version of the game until they resolve the logon and capacity issues they have been experiencing for about a week now. They anticipate to be done with their proposed solution early next week. If it is resolved they will start allowing the purchase of the digital download again. However they did not state how soon after it was fixed they would go on sale again.
