Directx problem during installationFollow

I have had a lot of trouble installing the game, had been trying a lot of methods on the net, but the problem is still not fixed and want to know if anyone have the same experience.

I purchased the disc from a local store 3 days ago, tried installing the game, whenever it got the the directx installation at the start, it will come up with the following error:
"An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem"
then the installation all quit and won't let me continue.

I have tried pretty much everything to get directx to work:
Download and run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer
Run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer in clean boot
Download and run the stand alone directx 9.0c
Run dxdiag
Run sfc /scannow in cmd - stopped at 18% every time

This is the DXError.log
"Windows folder to determine problem

It's getting frustrating, when I got the game since launch and unable to play it. Please help!

Run the installation as Administrator.

If you're running windows 8, you may already have a higher version of directx installed.

Yeah, everything that points to is permissions crap. Find the directx installer on the disc and run it at Adminstrator then.

Just resolved the problem by going into Safe mode with Network > Run the Directx end user run-time web installer ( <url removed> as administrator, and it installed.
