Oh. Oh try that. That'll be fun to watch.

You'll be offered a one time karma reset, and an explanation you did it to yourself.

If we're taking bets for ZAM vs. my credit card company it's a no brainer. ZAM will be down in a second. They are not going to challenge a major financial institution. Unlike SE, they can;t hide overseas.

Premium membership guarantees access to premium services. It does not guarantee the right to interact, post, or have content visible on our forums. The legally binding Terms of Service: http://www.zam.com/terms.html (specifically paragraph 3 and 13) and the forum rules: http://www.zam.com/wiki/Forum_Rules in fact both specifically state that we are allowed to remove posts, content, and the ability to post in our forums at any time, for any reason, without informing you and without your consent.

That being said, we haven’t done anything to your account. Your forum peers have deemed your posts annoying and or offensive, and have been rating them down, which automatically pushes your posts that you make later further down the filter. Your karma rating has fallen so far at this point that the only people who can see your posts are people who have deliberately disabled the filters, or admins.

I will say that almost all of your posts have been reported at one point or another, but you have also not technically violated the forum rules at this point so I saw no need to intervene beyond letting nature (aka the karma system) take it’s course.

If you don’t want to get rated down, stop trying to troll everyone.

We do not offer refunds just because someone is unhappy with their karma rating in a forums.

Please ensure you forward your credit card company a copy of the terms of service you agreed to when you created the account. That will save us some time.

It's gotta mean something to you, when you learned that it was so low that your posts were below default viewing you threatened canceling your premium and initiating a charge back.

Read back.

This was the first mention of "karma" and it has nothing to do with my posts nor do I care about that or people doing stuff on virtual farms, etc.

I asked a simple question of what it is - no more, no less.

Wait, one more. "Didn't your wife teach you anything about reading things you agree to? You'd think the Executive VP of American Express would mention something against that."

Yeah - it was only a couple of bucks. We're rich so I don't care.

Gonna take a break from this soon and drive around town, find homeless beggars and eat caviar and champagne in front of them then toss a handful of pennies before driving away.

I don't blame the puppies - I'll take them to the shelter.

And I think you've milked the whole "marc" thing dry. Try to keep up and keep it fresh..

Rich people don't claim to be rich, because they don't want to become targets for criminal activity.
Rich people don't carry around pennies.
Rich people don't live in neighborhoods that would have homeless beggars around.
And you shouldn't drink and drive.

Unless you work for the NSA (or the Obama election team) then you can;t locate me in real life via these posts.
The pennies are left over from Starbucks drive through, etc. I used to just toss them on the ground but throwing them to beggars is more fun so I collect them now.
I didn't say drive around my neighborhood - I'll drive out a bit but it's not hard to find beggars these days, economy and all.
Not worried about "criminal activity" CHL covers that.
I'll have someone else drive me around - maybe stop by Home Depot and hire a day laborer for the job.

this isn't my first launch or first mmo. everquest, dungeons and dragons online, wow, ffxi. I expected issues but the **** going down right now is ridiculous and that fact that it been over a week since early release and about 6 days since full release and SE hasn't yet to really do anything to resolve the issues is kinda telling me that SE doesn't give a **** about his customers. this has got to be the worst service from a gaming company I have every seen. yes they say they are gonna fix the issue but the lackadaisal attitude they are giving to us shows me they don't care. past 2 days I have been kicked from the game at just about same time of day then not being able to log in for the rest of the day or having to wait hours upon hours to log in is almost to much. the poor planning IE, no auto-AFK kick, fact they have so many **** servers for the jp(same amount for EU/NA combined), etc etc. Game itself is awesome, just the service that is sucking

I'll go ahead and take your question at face value, ignoring all the posturing. This:
http://ffxiv.zam.com/forum.html?forum=3&mid=130408061299397975&h=50&p=1#18
is everything you could ever want or need to know about the karma system, how it works, and what it means for your forum posts. It is also in the "welcome to the forum" sticky, along with the forum rules.

That was a cool story, brah.
Why bait someone into a credit card dispute?
He'll get his money back if he says the correct things.
