Collector Edition RewardsFollow

I have a question and was hoping someone around here can answer it. I live in Ontario Canada and have purchased the CE through download file from SE. I have not received any of the CE items through the mail, (not online but the real items listed) Are those items exclusive to purchasing hard copy PS3/PC from stores and the DL content is strickly in game items? Or has this just not reached my mailbox. I checked the findmyorder link and nothing is lsited as a shipment which makes me think i was simply misled...
