50 - Innovation 18 CP - Increases control by 50% for the next five steps.

Leatherworking skills:
15 - Waste Not - 56 CP - Reduces loss of durability by 50% for the next four steps.
37 - Brand Of Earth - 15 CP - Increases progress. Progress doubles when recipe affinity is Earth.
40 - Waste Not II - 98 CP - Reduces loss of durability by 50% for the next eight steps.

Weaver skills:

37 - Brand Of Lightning - 15 CP - Increases progress. Progress doubles when recipe affinity is Lightning.
50 - Careful Synthesis II - Free - Increases progress. Efficiency: 120% - Success Rate: 100%

I wanted to take a look at which skills might be worth leveling up to at least 15. I grabbed this info from ffxivguild.com and reformatted it for comparison. I only listed the success rates here when it seemed significant.

Looks to me like Goldsmith's Manipulation would be very handy. I will also be picking up Armorer's Rapid Synthesis right away.I know from experience that Weaver's Careful Synthesis is very useful.

Much more to learn.

EDIT:
Thanks to the posts below I've edited the entire list.
*I've verified everything in-game except for Armorer and Blacksmithing.

The level 15 skills I use the most are Tricks of the Trade, Rumination, and Waste Not.

Tricks of the Trade gets used the most when a Good pops up and I am not ready for it. (Simplest Example: 10/X durability and I want to refill durability.)

Rumination gets used if I need last-ditch CP near the end of a synth.

Waste Not I use pre-emptively when I know that I will need the extra chances. It will usually go something like Waste Not -> Steady Hand -> (whatever ability I need x 3)

I have also started to use Hasty Touch on high level recipes when I am completely out of CP. I really can't complain about it, as it was the only thing available on an Excellent...and it succeeded on a HQ Weaver's Gibus. Smiley: grin

Armorsmith Rapid Synthesis is only 50% success rate.

Manipulation actually restores 10 durability for the next three steps. I usually open with it.

Actually, all the blacksmith skills you have listed are wrong.

Blacksmithing:
Ingenuity: Level 15, 24cp: Lowers recipe level to current level for the next 5 steps.
Brand of Fire: Level 37, 15cp: Increases progress, progress doubles when recipe affinity is fire.
Ingenuity II: Level 50, 32cp: Lowers recipe level three below current level for the next 5 steps.

And now that I've looked further, the Goldsmithing ones are wrong too. I think you're using an outdated list. I suspect the rest are probably off as well.

Goldsmithing:
Manipulation: Level 15, 88cp: Restores 10 points of durability each step for the next three steps
Flawless Synthesis: Level 37, 15cp: Increases progress by 40
Innovation: Level 50, 18cp: Increases control by 50% for the next three steps.

Tricks of the Trade gives 20 CP when you are at Good condition, mildly useful, normally not worth a cross class spot

Waste Not is 56 CP (leather) and very awesome

Rumination is a must

Manipulation is great and only 88 CP (4 less CP than Master's Mend for same end result and more flexibility)

Careful Synthesis is nice

Ungenuity is very nice when you are crafting above your level

Yes, he is. The "level 25" skills were all moved to level 37 for Phase 4 and "Master Mend II" filled in as the replacement for that slot. He probably didn't notice originally because he's focusing purely on the level 15 skills, which are still effectively the same in what they do, after adjustments like the Tricks of the Trade one.
