First of all, let me thank everyone who comes to the thread and reads this, and another to those who inquire after they read it.

Vengeance, is looking to recruit people to grow our ranks and tackle the challenges Final Fantasy XIV has to offer us, we are looking for individuals who are looking for a place to come and be able to visit with others, and get the help they may need to progress in their game. We aren’t a serious bunch, but we do all share the same commitment to overcoming content and we are looking for all those that share that desire.

A bit of a twist on normal Recruitment ads, and requirements, the biggest thing we ask if applying for a spot in our upcoming raid teams or dungeon teams, is that you allow us to schedule a trial dungeon run with you in the role you desire to fill.

And now, a bit of a background on Vengeance. The idea to form a Free Company originally came about during a brain storming session between myself and the Co Master while we were at work. It was originally just supposed to be a way for friends to be able to have a place where they could group with people they know and just have a good time visiting with people they knew.

While the idea was sound, and the implementation easy, I wanted to do more, I wanted to be more than just a face in the background of someone else’s success, I wanted to create something of my own, filled with people who shared the same ideals that I did when it came to the game. These ideals form the core tenets of Vengeance, Friends, Fun, and Progression. When it comes to Vengeance I would like to think that everyone who wears the tag is a friend, whether they be a new member, old member or allied free company, because without friends we would get nowhere. Fun, the main goal is to have fun in however you choose to play the game. Finally we come to achievements, overall our goal is to progress through content, and conquer all obstacles.

The founders of Vengeance come from other MMOs, most recently and you can all probably guess, is World of Warcraft, we all got tired of the drama that was created in our respective guilds in game and within the community, so we took a chance on FFXIV and gave it a second chance. After playing the betas we came to the conclusion this is our new home.
