Just a quick question. Currently, this npc is asking me for a materia enhanced Sanguine Scepter; my question here is: Sanguine Scepter + 2 Savage Might III would be enough? what kind of craft do i need to meld those 2 materia into the scepter? Is this blm relic really worth it?

I heard we need to kill chimera and 3 primes in order to achieve this goal -and hydra-, but, my question is. If i already beat garuda hard and ifrit hard -before taking this quest-, am i going to have to defeat them again? I heard you need to have equipped relic weapon while fighting hydra, but, do i need to have it equipped also while fighting chimera and primes?

Yes, you will have to beat them again. It's a sequential order in which you have to complete things.

oh well......and last question, when fighting primes, do i need to equip relic weapon? or it is not needed?
The quest is pretty good at explaining it. If anything, you do need to be on the job you're getting the relic for, for everything.
