Unrelated, but I just started reading the Vorkosigan Saga this week (got the first one free and bought the second one) and I love them. Looking forward to the rest.

Ha! When I was a kid, my mom threw Shards of Honor and Barrayar at me and said "sit down, shut up, and read these. It's about another hyperactive kid."
I've read and re-read them so many times. If you look in the back, there's a time-line listing of the series in each book. I strongly recommend reading in order.
I had pm's with another mod on ZAM about them once, Calthine I think? S/he's a fan also.
