You buy the swimsuits with "wet bomb ash" that you get from event fates. I'm not sure what a cascadier uniform voucher is.

Wish I hadn't redeemed my voucher. I now have two sets of useless swimwear taking up inventory space. I thought you could store them in the Armoire, but I guess that isn't the case?

Would be awesome if you could burn the vouchers, maybe creating a nice temporary campfire. That would be much more desirable than how ridiculous they look as is.
