Was opened yesterday.., and this morning. Some how you keep missing the times that it's been open.
I click that world link everytime they announce they've made a change.
I posted this this morning, really are you that guy Buzz Killjoy?
It's been open loads of times since launch. You just have to keep checking back.

Not to say it hasnt but Ive checked once or twice daily and this was first time Ive seen it open
It's the time frame you're logging in compared to when maybe folks aren't logged in. A few different sites (to include twitter) have posted multiple servers open for creation and shortly after said they were closed. roughly 1-2am Pacific on weekdays would be my guestimated average for those posting times.
