FFXIV App Won't LoadFollow

I can see it start as a process in task manager but then it disappears after about 1 second with no error messages etc. .NET 4 is installed per Microsoft's site. Windows 7 platform. Ideas?

.net4.5 needs to be installed; if it is you will probably have to reinstall it from the executable.
