This was a feature that was supposed to make its way into 1.0 but was put on hold when 2.0 was announced. If I recall correctly, they showed videos of naval battles between boats, probably some kind of pvp. Crafters could make things like cannons and boats. Also culinarians could work together to make giant wedding cakes - not sure what the benefit would be though. Just watched that video. Like, really, that could be in THIS game? I mean, really? I... Wow. I love this game more now. If Yoshi delivers on this... I am going to lose so much of my life to this game, it will be sad. Seriously, that is what crafting SHOULD lead to! Truly AWESOME stuff!

The giant wedding cake would be awesome for Free Companies.

Like you're holding a party, and people could just come up, click the cake and "Get a slice of cake." And eat it. And get some silly stat benefit or have some party trick happen, like their hair turns the color of the frosting for the duration of the effect. And the cake would slowly disappear as people took slices, until after 100 or so slices it was all gone.

Yea raising a choco was one of the most cool things I did in FFXI.. II ended up with a blue one... I can not wait..
Tesee can not wait to garden...

I wish people could buy a house together... like couples or room mates...

IIRC, they discussed it in one of the NCIS episodes. It involved him removing one of the walls of his house.
