Radeon 7560D Not showing visual effects [Resolved]Follow

OK Let's rewrite this from the ground up.

My girl has an HP desktop with an AMD Radeon 7560D card and Windows 8. She has no visual effects on anything... unless I connect via LogMeIn and force it to use the LMI Mirror video driver. Has anyone else had issues with AMD cards and the visual effects?

Sorted it out, the graphics drivers were refusing to update. If someone else has this issue, you have to manually update with these:
