I bought FF XIV: A Realm Reborn today straight from the psn store. After downliading it and installing it I had to setup a Square Enix account. Done no big deal. Now it asks me to enter a promotional code that I was supposed to have received. However I received no such code. Now it says server not responding. Any help would be much appreciated.

Promotional code is not required, it's only if you won or purchased something else that gave it. It doesnt come standard with the game.

For example, if you pre-ordered the Soundtrack before it came out, you got a promotional code. You have to think in those line of things. The game itself? nope.
