(CREATING NEW FC -{Hilda Garde III }- ON SARGANTANAS)Follow

I have decided to create an airship inspired FC within FFXIV. I noticed a lot of FC's and link shells are working towards end game content, I however just started playing a month ago. I love the game and am enjoying it this far however, I would like to maybe get a group together that wants to take their time learning the game and aren't looking to just grind a job to 50 but with the intent of getting to that point because I just don't have that kind of time,and most people don't. and they're should be opportunity for new players to join up and enjoy the lower level content with others just as their veteran counterparts. So lets cut to the chase this is what I'm looking for

- I would like a group of players lvl 20-30 but would be open to anyone really
- That are casual (because we all have lives) but hardcore while In game
- That I could play through the story with and progress together as a group
- All races and Jobs as well as skill level
- Friendly and outgoing
- I'm also open to new ideas for any potential enlisters
