After 3 weeks of absence, i just took a peek at two threads; it simply is a cesspit full of young piglets showering each other with their respective excrements.
P.S./edit: At least this explains where the duty finder recruits its garbage from.

Just wait, it's not mid-november yet. All those people who never bothered to subscribe to the game and have been riding on the 30 day leeway for posting are going to lose their rights to post in that forum.
And where are they going to go, mind you? Certainly not away they're going to have to have some place to soapbox. Think of the attention they could be losing.
I am most certainly glad for the tone this community has taken since release, even if I haven't been able to post here much. But the shuffle and settling isn't done quite yet by my guess.

It is pretty bad, not allowed to say anything slightly negative or you'll get jumped on. Say something too positive you get jumped on.
Post in ZAM instead and have meaningful discussions!

Check some of the posts here. There are more positive threads here than in that forum, but one can't help but look at the top 20 and wonder if some of the crap isn't spilling over into this forum.
After being here during 1.0, this place is like a fairy-land of awesome tribute to greatness (ok a bit overstated).
The official forums are just a basic dumping grounds where people think that someone from SE is going to see their little rant and change things. These forums tend to be more of a back-and-forth between gamers who at least like to talk about the game (for the most part), and typically enjoy, or are having some troubles with the game, and want feed-back...

Yea, I tend to avoid the official cesspool and hang out with the cool kids in the unofficial cesspool 
More to the point, when 1.0 came out, everywhere was a wasteland of hatred for the game. As for this place, yea, I can see the dregs from other places slowly joining with our own bottom feeders to garbage up the forum. Just need to ignore them, let their threads die, and they will move on to reek up someplace else.

Lol no surprise that the people who post here are just as well posting at the official forums.
And these same people tend to say this is a better forum. Give it a break. The same kind of bashing threads occurred in FFXI stating Allakazam as better than the official forums. And you all complain just because there is an official square enix representative. In the end it's basically double headed snakes.
Oh by the way, there's also an exact replica thread just like this one on the official forums.
