- whats the best place to shout for stuff
whats the best place to shout for stuffFollow
since theres no whitegate or jueno like hub city where everyone sits around waiting for something to do. what the best place to shout for stuff? i would think corethas or the processing plant but considering 90% of the ppl are their to do FATEs i dont THINK that would be effective?
If by "stuff" you mean groups and crafters and the like, then Revenant's Toll is the place to be.
Revenant's Toll
The Toll is where end gamers or late FATE zergs shout. If you're not at endgame it's a lot different. You're at the mercy of DF, FC or whomever is waiting at the zone of whatever given dungeon you're looking for. It's a pack race often leaving mid level cries behind.
I only say this because I know you're a huge XI advocate. The days of bustling needs at all levels are over. At least until the end gamers move to their next class or SE does something about power leveling (ie FATE parties).

As in "people shouting for groups/content in all zones, not just the end game areas."
If you are looking to buy, sell, or request craft or meld, I have found that Limsa tends to be the easiest (the simple fact that when you teleport to limsa you are at the market ward), however, any of the town market ward areas have a good spattering.
As for the Primal Items, those are only done in RT (Thank god, those people shout like every 10 seconds).
