* We use the word in the ancient Greek sense: That of a system of government without the tyranny of a lord (Ana-Archon = Without Lord).

Our company is unique in that it is led by a group of council members, instead of one owner or “master”. We follow the dictum “No master, no lords.”

We’re a highly motivated company of denizens of the Hyperion World, mature and respectful overachievers all. Still, we like to think of ourselves as casual-hardcore, never extremists, nor obsessive hardcore. Although many of our members perform at elite level, none wastes time trying to present himself or herself to the community as such. We would much rather help the group move forward than spend energy trying to create an individual impression to brag about. Among us, heart comes before deeds, and deeds before show.

We believe in being active as a collective, constantly cooperating in keeping our members up-to-date in achievements and gear. Nonetheless, we are also relaxed enough to understand there’s a real life out there, and we’re clearly aware that it matters more than anything in this game.

We have jobs, families, friends and we want to keep them. But when we are playing we know how to be hands-on and efficient. Above all, we are a goals-oriented group that cherishes playing together. There is a palpable sense of joviality and convivial harmony in our chat channels. We like thinking of each other as family, and yet we are aware of the fact that we must be mindful and respectful of the privacy needs of our members.

We value people by their intentions and their heart, regardless of their in-game or real-life wealth, and regardless of the size of their exploits. We want to be instrumental in maximizing the newcomer’s potential, as well as in celebrating the veteran’s expertise.

We will not discriminate on the basis of in-game or real race, class, level, real age, in-game or real nationality, in-game or real religion, real and/or in-game sexual identity or orientation, nor of real physical or mental impairment, insofar as the person is able to play the game responsibly. Our company will not tolerate offensive behavior or language, nor will it accept from its members the appropriation or use of any other member's identifiers–be they individual or group based–in order to insult or express negativity.

The fundamental glue that binds our Company, and therefore our paramount rule, is absolute respect for one another regardless of our differences.
