ww're in different grand companies... hes in the Serpents Im in the Flames, we both finished aurum vale for our GC promotion and we;re both not second lieutenant... we're both level 50 and on Garuda fight (the story missions... decided to get to 50 then finish the story in one go instead of having to stop and level after we ran out of main missions for our current level) ..
when i went to allena (o w/e) in Vesper bay she had a ! iver her head and offered me the trauma queen quest (wanderer's palace) yet when my friend does it she has no ! over her head for him and doesnt offer the quest, any ides why I can get it but he cant despite us being on the same things?

Wanderer's Palace doesnt have any requirements other than just being level 50. So my guess is that he already picked it up earlier and didnt think much of it. Walk to the entrance and see if it unlocks there if he doesnt have it in his list yet.
