Return of the Kupo
11/12/2013

Greetings, everyone!
Good Rep Bayohne Bay XII here!

Work is well underway for the upcoming release of patch 2.1 in December!
And I know you're all eagerly awaiting the return of the Good King (Moggle Mog XII)!
Screenshot

So far the primal battles have focused on four or eight adventurers battling against a primal. However, Good King Moggle Mog XII looks to even the score as the battle will pit 8 adventurers against 8 enemies at once!
(Though, keep in mind that Good King Moggle Mog isn't a primal!)
Since we know you all are interested in getting a peak at the goodies, we've snapped an image of the new book...

WHAT! It's a pop-up book!

Just wait 'til you all hear the sound it makes!

The legacy folks well remember the sound Moogle Weapons make when you unsheathed them.... I think it would be more fun to hear the sound of a moogle getting squashed when the book closes. /evilgrin

Am I the only one that thinks all the Mog-items look fraking horrible?

Nope.

But then again, there's no real way to make Moogles look good in any fashion. They never should have left the 2D realm.

I like how they look, but on the scale of things, where do these relatively rank? Stat-wise about Garuda's level it seems, but what's the point.

Garuda is hardly a bottleneck. And probably much easier to farm than this as well.

Outside of an interesting look to them, there's not much that would make them of use over simply putting in an extra 30 minutes, killing Titan and unlocking a relic.

I'm going to try the fight atleast once, because, well, why not. But unless it's going to offer something new and refreshing (moogle armor?) this hardly seems worth the trouble.

Agree to disagree. The titan set was a complete write off and the ifrit set was lack-luster at best. The work they did on the moogle set, while not "bad ***" with lasers and sharks and rockets covered in skulls was some of their better work, especially the warrior axe with the engraving on the side.
