Got all confused yesterday when I saw someone that wasn't in my Free Company, but had my Free Company name in the company tag. Turns out it wasn't my Free Company after all; this could get very messy SE....

I've seen that too, only they have a special character somewhere and then it's fine somehow. Never seen the exact same duplicate name before though.

Does using one of the many diffirent Numpad codes that produce the exact same letter have any effect?

Few FCs have the same tag as ours but variations in the actual long-form FC name.

We changed our FC tag after another FC used the same tag.
