any idea on when the world transfer restrictions will be lifted to move from legacy to nonlegacy?

i think plenty of time has passed. non legacy players now have millions, whats the hold up?

No idea to both, and we have no official word, but I agree wholeheartedly.

The last answer was about six months after launch, but they're not setting anything in stone in case things change or legacy end up retaining a huge advantage over non-legacy at that point. I'd expect an announcement shortly after 2.1, and pure speculation, mid to late March for the transfers to open up. But who knows what data they have and what they're seeing. Could try getting the question into the next Live Letter.

In the same situation. I've met from Duty Finder a group of very nice individuals I decided I want to play with. However with the restrictions I am forced to start anew. By the time these restrictions are lifted, I would have rebuilt what I have lost. So the point is meaningless I conclude.
