Jump??

Will you be able to jump in Final Fantasy XIV? It doesn't really sound like that big of a deal at first. But when you think about it, how many times have you been wandering around the world of Vana'diel, only to be thwarted by a spot on the ground that seems to only be a couple of inches tall? Is it really that big of a deal for your character to be able to jump or is it even silly to argue?
