Solusek Ro's Tower: Citadel of the Sun [Raid]
• Replaced the visual effect that spawns during the Arlyxir encounter to make them easier to see and to remove the delay for them to appear.
• Corrected an issue that made the spawned areas to avoid despawn and respawn at incorrect times. This should make them more predictable.

• This public quest zone should be available once again.
