Charlie Quests are repeatable and can replenish your coin if you get trapped in your home city and cannot afford the teleport fee to leave.

Trivia	The name comes from a song, "M.T.A.", which tells the story of a man named Charlie who gets on the subway (in Boston) one morning and does not have the nickel for the exit fare, trapping him on the subway. And did he ever return, no!, he never returned and his fate is still unlearned. He may ride forever 'neath the streets of Boston, He's the man that never returned.
