Part of expanded new Shawl Quest. When you zone into Brell's Temple with the Blessed Coldain Shawl (8th shawl old quest), you get a text saying "Chamberlain Thoridain says 'I snese a sacred relic of Brll on your person. If you would like to know more about this relic, come speak to me.'"
