so im running around qeynos asking all paladins and cleric who bertoxxulous and what bloodsabers... OK i ask this guy "what bloodsabers" and this is his response...

Knights of Thunder have no mobs you can kill to improve faction.
I have killed 260 gnolls in Black Burrow.
And 173 Bandits and looted 49 Sashes for the hand in.
I bought a human illusion potion for 200 pp...
All my factions improved in queynos...guards were amiable...but this plonker conned threatneningly.
So destroyed the sashes *cries* because they take up so much space...
And I hope that the illusion potion will work on Eldreth for the hand in ~ regarding the ragebringer quest.

Chesgard is Knights of Thunder (Karana paladins) as someone has said. To get faction with them you need to do the follow up quest to Gnoll Fangs, handing in Moonstones to Mcneal Jacob in Fish Ales.
Warning, The Customers in Fish Ales are on Circle of Unseen Hands (Rogue guild) and Guess what faction gets hit with the Gnoll Fang quest?
The customers aren't that tough but Bruno, the doorman, can be a hand full at low level. You can do both (Fang and Moonstone) hand-ins invisible if this helps...or see if anyone wants to kill the 3 of them
You will find you get Priests of Life faction to non Kos before the Knights (can test this relatively safely on Lashun Novashine) then you can start doing more quests with them to help, bonechips to Lashun, Diseased Pelts to Priestess Caulria, the two guilds are pretty much linked so what helps one will help another.
Killing any Bloodsaber allies/members will also help, Tovax for example and the Necro in the Freeport Sewers (one one left to Nth Freeport) are all I can think of atm.
Watch out for the casters in Sth Qeynos, they will also be KoS to you and most of the wanderers are Guild Masters (thanks SOE) Bards, as mentioned, luckily NPC Bards only melee and Corrupt Guards, you will likely wreck your faction with them trying to raise it with the Paladins.
Once you get to Dubious with the Paladins I suggest killing as many Bandits as possible. This raises faction with High Keep Guards and Karana residents as well as Circle of Unseen Hands (which is odd, when you consider Rogues seem to be the only class not KoS to Bandits) and is pretty good cash, to boot. Also, be very careful in Arena for the Gnoll Fang hand-ins the Guys (and Girls) in Shiny plate are not Guards, they are Steelwarriors and will likely be KoS to you as well.

He is either Preist of Life or Knights of Thunder faction... I believe he is the latter..

he is not on the Qeynos guard faction, in iksar that i met was dubious to guards, but the bards and this man was ready to attack...

How does one solve this: If cons ready to attack then you are KOS Guards will kill on sight how does one then raise faction-You cannot do most of these faction quests (help)

I think that split paw gnolls raise the faction in quenos also

One way to raise your faction with the Qeynos guards is to kill Bandits in the Karanas. I was getting faction hits to raise faction there.

Anyone know his affiliated Faction? I have plenty of sashes I'd like to turn in, but I'm KOS to this guy....

I am lvl 55 and went to try to build factions back up. he conned red to me at lvl 55 so he is not min/max lvl of 37. and he hits for over 300

go to the Paladins guild in SQ, he is standing beside the merchant that sells shields
