I bit my tongue on it the first time I saw it, particularly because someone (Rinsui I believe) restated it a bit better in terms of player exploitation behaviors, but your statement is not true as a general rule. There are many things that games permit that they do not promote, and as a result, although players can theoretically do them, they generally don't. That's just not how motivation works.
I would have been happy to overlook it if you hadn't said it like five more times in that last post.
