What, after they remove the restrictions on server transfers? Far enough. I wouldn't mind raiding with your mustache. Just give me enough time to dominate the economy and build my mansion out of solid gold Lalafell tears.... It may take a while.
So are we confirmed for Balmung EST legacy?

If you are legacy and will play on your 1.0 character yes, if not is ultros

Well we have arbitrarily given Balumng the EST designation but as far as I can tell through digging through these forums and creating multiple posts on the topic there currently are no legacy ZAM linkshells or groups being put together that would warrant server transferring to Balmung. There are no official designations from squeenix as far as time zone goes so we have a relatively small group of people who are giving this server this designation and it doesnt really justify transferring imho. Id say if you intend to re-roll go to Ultros where there is something established, otherwise just enjoy the game from whatever server u are currently on.
Us Legacy players are scattered throughout Excalibur, Balmung and Hyperion.

Awwww. Advice to everyone, don't share your login information. Don't let a family member play for you.
When I played FF11, there were SO many people get things deleted by an angry known to them person.
Peoples armor were ripped off (cause their angry known to them person would send stuff to their own character).

I would like to be added to the East Coast new server.
I have been following the game for the longest time now (PS3 user), and have always come to ZAM for info (even back in the allakhazam FFXI days). Everyone seems great and I look forward to playing with everyone in-game.

Well I am EST but currently living on Excalibur (Legacy). Will be staying there and starting my own Linkshell once P4 begins. Love the idea of getting people grouped up together. Nice one Catwho!

After going back and forth (Midgardsormr was my first server in FFXI and Ragnarok was the server I settled on), I should stick with the crowd here since this community is pretty civilized. New character EST.
What server are my bronies playing on? I see Cat is Balmung, where I might end up anyways, being EST, but I'm wondering if there's any others out there. I'm sure there isn't enough for a guild, but if I can get on the same server as some cool pony lovin' mofos, that would make the FF XIV experience all that much better.

My fiancé and I would love to join you guys on the Ultros server, but we did not do beta and don't have character names as of yet. But we'd still really love to come. We both enjoy the community here on ZAM. If we don't have character names yet, I guess you would just go by forum names for now? If so his is mdafurball. Mine of course you will see here :)

I'll be joining Ultros,in game name will be Andyman,same as FF11.
I'm bumping this thread. I don't want to lose sight of all the people here looking to join linkshells. I'm particularly interested in making sure there is a linkshell for the Legacy character I just transferred from Aegis to Balmung. What shells will be picking up Legacy EST? Or do we need to start a new linkshell and separate thread for those transplants?
