I was wondering if anyone knows if SE will inform us when beta phase 1 is at its end and also if there will be new invites going out for phase 2 or it will have the same testers as in phase 1?

I'm sure they will say something on the official forums when more invites go out, I keep an eye on the dev tracker over there so as soon as I see something there I will let everyone know here.
As far as I know, there's still nothing stopping people from getting invites to phase 1.
So people from Beta 1 will be in Beta 2 and Beta 3 ?
That was my understanding, each phase adds more people and servers.

Looks like there is still hope to get in! Too bad I didn't apply using my crappy 6 year old laptop specs as well, maybe they would have lul'd at it and wondered if it could play it. Also, I take it that multiple applications are pointless?
Nice :D Now I need to keep my fingers crossed to get into Phase 2 :)

Well they say you don't need to apply multiple times but what stopping ya? They only need a different email. The survey is optional but you can still put the same specs if you want.

Fair Enough XD. I have two friends IRL that are legacy but it seems like neither of them give a crap about playing in the beta >.>. Damn Casuals.

Probably the only way to confirm or deny its fakeness would be this: Watch the little countdown timer at the bottom. If, after the countdown clicks, anyone you know is Legacy disappears from the face of the earth for a few days....

If only i new any legacy player...i would have kidnapped him for obvious reasons. But unfortunately i might be the only one in miles that even knows final fantasy has online games. :/

It's breaking the NDA by pinging the beta servers to determine their status. Obviously we don't know for sure that is what he's doing, but that is what he's portraying anyway. I'm kind of surprised it hasn't been taken down yet, maybe they're OK with it or maybe they're too busy with the beta to deal with it, I don't know.
By the way guys, i don't know if you noticed it but the guy also has a translation for the website in Eorzean! ^^

The minimum is 8 weeks for whole beta phase to be done.
The maximum is 16 weeks for whole beta phase to be done.
So i put them in average is 12 weeks which is 3 months.
The beta started on Feb 25th so add up 3 months + announcement release date.
So, I will bet they will release in June.

Last rumor, from a source who were correct about everything else regarding ARR up till this point, said July Release so I'm betting then. June seems too soon honestly, even July does.
I'm guessing August or September for PC release, February or March 2014 for PS3.

My guess is June or July, depending on the progress of the PS3 version, which is reportedly being optimized as we speak.

I sure hope they'll release the game in June, or early July, that way I still have 2 months before school starts again XD otherwise I'm gonna be a saaaad Moogle =(
...Now when I think about it; don´t really care when release is, but the release of Phase 4 is something I'm looking forward to very much :D Love that they give everyone a free "trial" before the release ^^

My guess is it will be released when Yoshi thinks it's ready.
