PS2 was 128bits. Current gen don't really measure that way anymore since the CPUs no longer dictate graphics nearly as much.
Just to elaborate, that totally gnarly late 80s slash early 90s commercial GW2 released for the Super Adventure Box showed polygonal and full 3D figures and environments, which didn't become a thing until PS1's generation. Though not particularly impressive now, there's an entire universe between that on it's worst days and what 8bit was even on NES's best. Admittedly, that was still a pretty nifty and enjoyable commercial.
