I gave up hope for the betas, i dug up my old aol email from the 90"s and used at FF11 launch to till FF14. There was a lot of FF11 and beta 2 emails there but no 3 in the 1500+ emails. Both aol and SE locked me out today after i used an account i haven't touched in 3 years. SE mailed aol about how to unlock my SE account.I guess FF14 billing made it to Google but everything else stayed aol.

Day 2 of waking up disappointed. Damn that I can't yell at them, haha. Oh well I opened a ticket and hopefully it won't take TOO long for an answer, which i doubt. : /

Well so far they haven't replied to the ticket I put in, so I'm going back to bed, maybe I can get a key in my dreams.

I've had that dream twice now already where I wake up and there's the email! But then I wake up shortly after to nothing but disappointment every time. -_-

I also put in a ticket btw. I'll let ya know if anything comes of it.

Well the auto ticket response says 2 business days, so I guess we are screwed. Odd that customer support is only working weekdays while the beta is weekend, hope they pull a Saturday shift to help out us 1.0s without codes.

It does say Part 1, so one would think there will be more.

As it stands I got the email only Friday, and I was at work.Wish I had checked for it, as it stands I will likely have enough time to download the client, hop in for a few minutes just to get the feel of it, then the servers will implode lol

I sent in a email support ticket during the weekend it never got answered, I recommend making a new ticket right now during business hours and using chat support. Took me about an hour to get through but the agent simply gave me a key. Do it during the week because once it hits Friday they will be swamped and they dont work the weekend.

The agent gave you a key? I did chat support earlier in the week and they said I would get emailed with no ETA, also I have had a ticket open since this weekend with no response yet, looks like a bit of luck is a factor for some of us 1.0 folk!

Yup straight out copied and pasted it directly in the chat window. She asked for my name and than my email address, probaly checked to see if I had an account, than boom next response was a key, maybe you should try chat again, they may have decided to change their strategy.

I think they are sending out emails in groups and staggering them from week too week.. I got my ps3 invite 6/14 after the beta started and my girlfriend got hers a day later. . The d/l servers get hit hard and took me a while to d/l... So I think once the beta starts again the emails go out in bunches. I think they wait till the beta starts so they dont get a ton of people going I got an error installing. The servers are down right now itll Friday.

Greetings,

First off, I want to make it clear that all of our version 1.0 players are extremely important to us, as is rectifying any issues where they did not receive their Beta Test invites. The Support Center team has been working throughout the day to handle as many cases as possible.

If you've submitted a report but have not yet received a response, I want to assure you the team is on top of it. We're working hard to ensure that all outstanding cases are handled before the start of the next test.

We haven't found any hard evidence as to why users did not receive their codes in the first place as our system shows them as sent out properly. I know my first post contained the simplest solutions (checking spam, ensuring your email address is up to date) and I'm glad I was able to at least see one person saying that was the cause. For those saying that they receive all of SE's other promotion-related emails, please note that it could be from a different sender (listed in my first post) and not the same as the promotional mail.

With that said, I'm sorry I don't have more of an update for you all, but I just want to stress that if you're a version 1.0 player, and have not received your code, please contact our Support Center as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

We thank you very much for your patience throughout this process and hope to get you into the Beta Test as soon as we can.
