I can't log into the beta forums from work, is this phase just supposed to be weekends? I thought it switched to always on as well.

No reason at all so many are left out. Not a good start impression....again. Only results in some being thrilled and blinded by that thrill now, and others completely left in the cold, kinda a bad way to handle such a fragile game.

but sadly implementation of things like this from se is always unfair and too many steps involved that are not necessary.
All phase 3 beta access should have been from account management only, no emailing needed nor application.
1.0 qualifying account exists......link it in there and open the link once phase 3 begins. simple.

So no emails going out to let people know they're in? And letting everyone log in at once to really slam the servers good? We're seeing how well that's going. It's a frigging beta, there are going to be problems and if you think this game is fragile then you haven't played ARR yet.

In previous phases, we got to play early Friday thru early Sunday. So... yea... :(
I'll be glad when they extend the length of the beta in this phase, I was in the same limited-time situation as you before this. I'd like to get a character past lvl 24 one of these times, and see more of the world.
I just remembered I'm off work next Friday so I can get up at 2 am and geek out all day

The game is far from 'fragile' It's the Beta test ffs.
And for Phase 3, I received no emails and didn't have to apply. I logged into my account and downloaded the P3 client. They said in the roadmap that 1.0 accounts would be available in the second part of this phase.
