I got my receipt the minute I ordered.

Then a day or two later I received the pre-order code to the tune of:

Well this is frustrating. I am almost certain that I pre-ordered the game on the SE website when CE's were announced and available. I even remember seeing a window or email about some codes and that they'd be available for use later. But now, I can find no record of the purchase at all. Not in any of my emails, not in my bank account, not on my SE acct management system.

The charge for my copy also dropped off my bank account. I called and asked and hey said its a pre-auth charge. The charge will stick on release day. I'd never pre ordered online before but apparently this is how it works. You're not officially charged until he item ships.
