It keeps on crashing and the start button won't work.

Lobby server is getting hammered is the current issue, though to be expected.
Wishing they'd let us save log in credentials. Having to re-enter password and one-time key just because their servers are exploding sucks. :(

It took several tries and a 20 person queue but I've made it in Ultros. Fingers crossed I don't get kicked out while I'm playing.
Yeah, that was really annoying.

I'm wondering how anyone got the world lists to appear. Still nothing. I can get past the black screen though.
Also you will get a 2002 error if you try to go to the configuration menu on the log in screen for longer than 45 seconds. Do not do.

No kidding!
Took a few minutes of the launcher crashing and getting a few 2002 errors... but now I'm in and the server seems to be running very smoothly.
Got in, turned in one quest and then crashed to windows. I did notice that they have not made the journal editable to allow you to select with quests you want displayed yet. :(

For thosr of you stuck without the NA server list, try exiting all the way out, then back in. Worked for me.
Well, I made it past the greyed out start button, but no NA worlds up on my screen. Neptune, I did that once and then couldn't even get back to the server screen for a while. /shrug

I restarted the game and got in! There was a 38 person queue for my server (Migar) but that didn't last very long.
mm still only JP servers up for me :(
Finally in on Ultros now. There was a 30 person queue initially.

It took a few seconds for the list to populate on worlds, though it seems the JP list is what's causing the trouble since it won't load at all.
I logged completely out and tried again and got connected to the servers right away, i think i'll be logged in once i alt tab back.
Never thought i'd be so happy to see a Queue list

Same here. Had to quit/restart several times but it's working now. =)
