Where are these 99%ers? I see a lot of caterwauling from you, and not much else.

I say this with complete objectivity, as I could not possibly care less about your highly overstated grievences. But dear god, man. Gather what little self-respect you can find and just leave the forums. You are obviously universally detested here. You aren't being bullied. You are being called out for ridiculous overreactions to minor expected problems. I cannot imagine how earthshattering it is for you when you have to deal with big issues. You are only begging for criticism at this point.

I don't hate the game, and rallying to have me perma-banned is a little bit childish.

I am not asking for a permaban, it's just one of the four options.

If I were an admin, you'd be muted for at least a week, and told to either post in other threads or stop with the trolling, or I'd nail you for longer. Look back at your post history.

Technically your threads break Rule VII, section A of the Zam Terms of Services about spam, since they're almost all just a thread title and "What do you guys think." If an admin were getting tired of your antics, they'd be perfectly justified citing that part.

Your posts, they are like visual trash on the forums.

OK, so you seriously want me to tear your post into itty bitty tiny pieces? Well, considering the news I just got, venting some rage might help with that. Also note, rage is not with you, it's at life and the world, I'll just channel it to char your *** to a blackened crisp.

Title: Diablo III all over again?

Alright, let's do a basic google search on the Diablo III launch, shall we?

First, Diablo was always an offline and online game. It had it's offline component and then Battle.net. For the first two games, you could play offline, no issues. Diablo III mandated online play. This means, first of all, it was a fundamental change to the game. MMOs are, by their nature, normally ALWAYS ONLINE ONLY. So first, the basic issue already not the same (tons of nerd rage based on a crucial game-changing element).

Second, the login issues happened for DAYS. As in MORE THAN ONE DAY. As in MORE THAN AT THE DATE OF LAUNCH. As in A TOTALLY USELESS SINGLE AND MULTIPLAYER GAME. FFXIV hasn't even LAUNCHED. This is EARLY ACCESS. Likely they knew it would be hairy and wanted to test with a small group. And again, it has been online FOR NOT EVEN A FULL DAY!! It has no single-player game that is LOCKED due to a SERVER ISSUE!!!

Now, let's move onto the massive thesis of your amazing content for this website's forum:

It's not a beta anymore and tons of people have been having trouble playing all morning.

Edited, Aug 24th 2013 11:12am by Killua125
That's it?

That's all ya got?
Two lines.

Two.

Not a comparative article detailing why you find similarities. Just "people had issues, what y'all think?"

We think you are wasting everyone's time. You are trolling. This entire thread, flamebait. You are exaggerating, as always, Mr. 2001 graphics. You overdramatize so much, you should @#%^ing go play soccer. Seriously, get some work in daytime soap. Oh wait, those are going off the air. Why? Because people HATE @#%^ING POINTLESS MELODRAMA! Your threads are GARBAGE! USELESS! POINTLESS! VALUELESS!!

So THAT'S why I'd mute your ***. You're an annoyance! You hide behind the ToS but guess what, this is private property, ***** and the admins can do as they please. And I am just doing what is on everyone's minds, seeing if a lot of people are sick of your bullsh*t!

Ok, this is probably my only negitive post, don't kill me for it. I love everything about FFXIV, and I fully understand that there are going to be problems. Open beta and most of this morning have gone smoothly for me, but now i can't get on and it suuuuucks. This is not me trolling or asking for a boycott of FFXIV, still love it, just saying, when it's your account that get fubar'd and you can't make use of the 'early access' it kinda sucks. So, to a degree i understand peoples frustration, Ok, i'm done, back to trying to log my character in.

I got 90ked during my first Sastasha run since the EA started. THEN I got 3102ed for trying to log on too quickly again.

You know what I did? I laughed at it and tried logging in again. I got in, I resumed playing. I got through one run of Stashtasha and one Run of Tamtara before I had to go to work.

And now I'm probably going to take a nap before playing again seeming they're about to do maintenance and I be tired from a 9 hour work shift.

None of that involved incessant complaining, even if I was annoyed.

Ya guys are too damn uptight!

This is one of the smoother launches I've seen, especially with the amount of people trying to get in.

It's pretty crazy... feels like WAY more people than I remember in any recent launches such as TOR and WAR (whether it is or not I dunno, but there are swarms of people in almost every area in all 3 cities.
#50 Aug 24 2013 at 4:10 PM Rating: Excellent
That's because they've fixed the engine so you can see and hear the swarms of people! Smiley: schooled

This game broke records in its beta. It's not surprising to see the trend continue. It's got more steam than anything SE has produced in a long time.
