We have confirmed that the issues on the North American/European data center Worlds have resurfaced. Therefore, we have placed a severe login restriction in order to stabilize the servers.

While you may continue to have a difficult time logging into the game, please note that the issue is being addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing everyone for an extended period, but we would like to ask for your continued cooperation to make this a stable environment.

"We know sh*t is going on, so we're gonna tell you a message thats about as vague as possible and keep you in the dark, sorry for the incovenience."

and they don't even mention errors 90000 and 3102 that reappeared

It was obvious that limiting logins would not fix anything, once a certain amount of people logged on the problem would obviously resurface.

Well the one thing about this whole situation is that SE is at least communicating......I have been a part of many MMO launches where you would get 1 message from the devs and that was it. Now I kinda know how the people who were stuck in 3102 errors must have felt

How are we supposed to be uncooperative and make an unstable environment? :p

I guess that is what they meant when they said they fixed the 3102 error...that it isn't permanent now. I kinda like that all these errors are happening now and not down the road. The more things they can fix and get out of the way now the better our playing will be later.

Where have I heard that before? Iunno... like every other time the same problems kept surfacing and failure to ever really resolve it?

I just don't understand WHY there isn't a que. I would gladly wait an hour in que than sit here hammering trying to log in only to get server is full try again later message.

Sorry I am not a troll or a super pessimist that wants to see this fail, in fact quite the opposite but when I see this company making the same damn mistakes again, and again, and again...... And again for close to ten years faith that they know what there doing or belief that they have any pride in their work is a little hard to come by.

How you can release a game have it fail so terribly, apologize and ask for public continued faith with promises of a 2.0 product that will erase all the bad vibes for your first almighty f**k up and then completely fail to deliver in those promises before the game has even been released is utterly absurd.....

How a group of skilled and supposedly intelligent people cannot for the life of them anticipate running into servf load issues after dealing with the same issues for ten years with ffxi and ffxiv 1.0 is ridiculous I know kids that ride the short yellow bus that are more clued in than these jokers.

Only thing I can figure is they're trying to establish at what point the DF hits critical mass. Sadly, I wish they would've just modified the queue system instead of kicking us back to the start screen or out of the game entirely in case you got a specific error. As well, I'd still kill for log-in credentials to be saved so I'm not typing in a 10+ digit password of mixed letters/numbers on top of reaching for my phone to run my token app every time it does happen.

The queue is full. Thus the demand for a queue to get in the queue where you can QQ.

Well the bright side to this is they have found out the actually server capacity limit before things start breaking. Hopefully now they will swallow their pride and get more servers online ASAP instead of just playing with the code and trying to make it work as is.

I'd actually like it if when it kicks you from the que that it brings you back to your character screen and not the main menu... 3 tries and the NA server list disappears and you need to restart the client to get them back. Oh lol. Things could be worse.... SimCity4

On the bright side the JP servers are nice, lag free and quiet. So I think the real question is... why did they give the Canadians our data center? All these maple syrup related debacles I swear.

Its Montreal, so it's Poutine related.

"OUR" servers? Wow... /all-in-good-humor

I'm sure it's our maple syrup that's slowing everything else... lol!

I was playing and I submitted a bug report through the support desk and my game crashed. Now I get to stare at my character for hours on end.
