Hi guys, I'm having a lot of trouble and it's really frustrating. So I got the game from gamestop, they just gave me a receipt and it had the code on it. I used that code on their website and they sent me the Early Access code. So far so good, I play the game over the weekend. Now they ask me to re-register. BUT they have not sent me the new code. I have checked the correct E-Mail address, even in spam and trash reallly reallllyy carefully so trust me its not in there. Now what should I do, I'm basically stuck. Any help is appreciated thanks.
Edit: Should I note that when I go to my Square Enix account, the game is registered, as in its the correct account. But it states "Inactive"!

Did you a digital copy or physical copy? Online or in the store? If it's digital, go to the website and check under your order and there should be hopefully the full reg code there somewhere. If it's a physical copy of the game you'll need to either wait for it to arrive by mail if it hasn't or go pick it up in the store.
it wants the code thats inside the box/case. make sure to click the add code not add service button :)

I got a receipt, no box or anything. The receipt had the early access code on it
My ps3 copy I bought from gamestop had the registration code on the back cover of the in-case manual.
Still if you got a digital version aren't they disable for now?

I got it before they did that. I got the early access code, just not the code for the Launced game. Btw I repeat, I didn't get a box with the CD in there and all that. I went to gamestop, asked them that I wanted to purchase FF XIV, they gave me JUST a receipt with the code on it. It was just the early access code.
sounds like you need to go back to gamestop and get the game <.<

Sounds like it might just have been a preordered. You'll need to go back there and pick up your copy of the game. Or sort it out there. I wouldn't think they would be selling digital copies of the game in the store so that's kind of odd.

I got the standard one. lol. I wasnt going spend the money on the CE since I got a PS3 lol.
Yet they had one for the PC though there lol.

What the hell. Well I did get my early access code working. Other than that, nothing else works. Here is what my mog-station says.

If you pre ordered in a store, chances are very high you should have a physical copy waiting for you there.
