The TOS of every account-based online game ever made has that line in it. Sometimes there's an exception carved out for members of your own household, but not always.

Yes, and even when there are exceptions for household members, you are usually still held responsible for whatever actions they may or may not do.

I purchased a copy of the CE for my wife so that she could play as well on her own separate account, so no problems there.

Break the rules, and pay the consequences. Everyone agreed to the T&C. The fact that you got 'caught' and don't like the punishment, is well, your personal problem.

As there is no real reason to keep this thread going due to a blatant T&C violation I am locking the thread. Lesson learned?
