One of the videos I saw consisted of 2 WHM's and 2 DRG's. The 2 WHM slept everything that the DRG's weren't attacking. Then DRG's focused a target down.
Even with that, it was still like 8+ minutes of running around.
Take this for example:

Yeah....they need to really work on pvp. WHM and BRD will dominate as it stands now. BRD can do full damage while moving, has longevity mechanics with songs, silence, a escape mechanism, a bind, and a damage debuff. WHM get's CC, healing, good nuke damage, and good debuffs (Virus, Heavy from Stone, a knockback/bind).
PLD may have a decent showing with spammable stun, pacify, blind and silence.
DRG does well because Spineshatter and Dragonfire are closing abilities (SS more than DF) while a stun on a 20s CD is nice.
WAR will probably be crap. MNK too; too much positional change for max damage.
SMN will be fine in the damage department, but lacks anything CC-related, and the pet will be easily killable so there goes a decent chunk of damage.
BLM will have great damage, if they can get it off. Good control with aoe sleep, but nothing a WHM can't do. They have a saving grace in Manaward/wall and their ally teleport, but with cast interruptions being what they are, you're better off bringing a WHM. They can still sleep, and most sleeps in pvp will likely be single target anyway, since players aren't likely to sit in a circle 10 yards in diameter waiting to be slept.
edit: here's the other video I've watched:
